Leading two management buyouts and central to 20 acquisition discussions including with FTSE 100, NYSE listed, AIM listed and London-based private equity firms.
Mentored world-class financial advisers in Singapore and Vietnam within a joint venture.
Was awarded the prestigious Top of the Table recognition three times, in New Orleans, Las Vegas and Colorado. This honour is bestowed by Million Dollar Round Table, a professional international organisation dedicated to developing the top 5% of financial advisers worldwide.
No.1 adviser within Equitable Life NI within two years of joining and with no previous experience. Then as NI manager, led his team to be No.1 in their Region and joint No.1 Nationally by % variance against business production target.

Raymond retired from Johnston Campbell Ltd on 31st December 2020 and then founded and launched Birchgrove Ventures Ltd in January 2021, primarily as a result of feedback and requests from a small number of elite business owners and leaders in Northern Ireland.
Having spent many years acquiring, growing then selling what became a market leading business and as part of that journey dealt extensively with business owners in NI, GB, America and Asia in particular, Raymond’s key objective is to maximise financial outcomes for a small number of handpicked business owner client partners specifically in one or more of:
